Fudge Magazine: August, pt III
September 8th, 2009
This is the second-to-last installment of my scans from the August issue of Fudge Magazine. I’ll post the last of them tomorrow! This editorial is cute, shot outside near some neat brick structures, and the theme is “Classic meets Girly, Used Style” (from an image I’m not posting because I wasn’t into the photo). The model looks so young too, so it really invokes the idea of someone dressing up in all kinds of clothing that you might find in an old attic trunk- basically my childhood dream. There was a whole section in the magazine dedicated to vintage items! I love when vintage gets the recognition it deserves in fashion magazines, cause most of us can’t afford the designer labels that are usually featured. Anyway, on with the photos- a cute mix & match of weird layers, eccentric pieces and some nice fall colors.

That model looks like she’s seven feet tall! I wonder how tall she is.

Sweet! That second photo is fantastic, it is so 1910 meets 1989–I love it! Thanks for sharing these and thanks for the heads up about Lula. I’m going to be taking a little suburb trip myself.
