I recently went up to Canada for the weekend with my buddy Lauren so that we could attend Crystal Visions II: Leather and Lace! This is the second time my friends have hosted this party, a celebration of ladies in rock from the 60′s & 70′s (and maybe a little 80′s). We transformed the apartment, draping everything with shawls, fringe and scarves, hanging millions of tiny crystals from the ceiling, lighting candles galore, cracking open endless wine. There were some glorious outfit changes throughout the night and the records never stopped spinning. A raucous crowd of ladies (and Jordy, the only male allowed, in his leather vest) singing, dancing, and drinking magic rosé is a powerful force. LONG LIVE CRYSTAL VISIONS.
Added note since I just got a comment about my dress: It was semi-sheer pink with tiny gold print, ankle length, feather-light. I literally danced it off my body by the end of the night and it ripped to pieces, haha. WORTH IT!

I might just have to borrow this idea and have a Crystal Visions party of my own. Your apartment looks so incredible with all the tiny candles and fringe and crystals. I’ll have to start collecting some props of my own. These photos are really beautiful. Everyone looks like they had a great night.
