I came across this small series of photographic slides fromthe owls go on flickr and they immediately made me think of a collection of wardrobe remix photos, perfect for an outfit post! I think my brain must be tuned to imagining outfit posts or something, because this isn’t the first time I’ve found old photos that made me think of wardrobe remix. Kind of nerdy, but still fun! I especially like making the imaginary lists of each individual article of clothing. Looks like it was a fun vacation, hopefully my summer has some awesome waterfalls and cute dresses in its future too!

My all-time favorite fashionista with a wardrobe remix is Johanna Ost, the Swedish painter. Her clothes, hair and makeup are always inspirational!

so pretty! i never think to wear a dress when i’m going out into the wilderness. do you think it would look nice with my clunky big ol’ hiking boots?
