Dévastée
July 14th, 2010

Thanks to a little Parisian feature in the April issue of Fudge, I have discovered a really awesome designer duo from France- Dévastée. I’m actually quite surprised that I haven’t seen their spring 2010 collection on any other blogs because it’s so good! Such a perfect combination of stripes, polka dots, pattern-mixing and even some weird tights! This collection is absolutely great. Some of the black and white prints are a little tie-dye-esque too, which I’m suddenly really interested in. I found a slideshow of the collection on Elle.com, which just makes me think of Olivia VS Erin (haha)… but anyway, definitely click through to see the rest of the looks! Also, I never thought I would want a pair of printed pants so much, but now I’ve seen them from Miu Miu, Rachel Comey and others… I’m down. Print ‘em up.

Oh man this is all so good! By the way, you’ve totally got me hooked on Fudge (mmmm…fuuuudge) now, I went and bought the May issue the other day at Kinokuniya. For some reason they didn’t have June? And July wasn’t quite their usual amount of awesome. I’m already excited for August though!

This is so fantastic! I too can’t believe this hasn’t done the blog rounds – I’m sure it will now.
This is exactly what I want to dress like.

Oh wow. I’m loving that blouse that looks like a halter neck, but ties in front (second from bottom, left)–must make something similar!

haha. So I just looked at the blouse full screen on the Elle site, and it’s a pleat in front. Even better.
Teaches me to look at things more closely… lol.
